Screening of Frozen at Bandra Film Festival:

‘Bandra Film Festival’, BFF’s official YouTube channel released the trailer of Frozen announcing that the movie will be screened at the festival on the 25th of February on Danny Denzongpa’s birthday.

Recently in an interview with Outlook, the actor opened up about his journey in the entertainment industry, by majorly playing a villain. He revealed that many offers that he received were for conventional roles similar to the roles he played earlier.

He stated that several new directors still have the ‘80s and ‘90s image of him, which he called ‘too monotonous’ and wished for something ‘different’.

Fitter than most Hindi film heroes at 73, Danny Denzongpa started with a bit role of a positive one in Gulzar’s Mere Apne (1971). With his distinct northeastern features, the Sikkim-born actor was an anomaly in Bollywood.

Despite initial reservations on the part of filmmakers and audiences, the outlier’s career took off. Today, four decades and hundreds of hits later, Denzongpa has a huge fan base at par with any other A-list star and a permanent walk-of-fame in pop culture.
