The PSEB has announced the Punjab Board PSEB 12th Result 2019 at a press conference held at 11.30 am today [May 11].
Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) declared the result for the Punjab Board class 12 exam today, three students shared top spot in Sports category with 100%.
According to latest updates, in Sports category Navdeep Kaur of Muktsar Sahib, Khush Deep Kaur of Fazlika and Ravjeet Kaur of Ludhiana are first in state with 100 percent marks.
The pass percentage is recorded at 86.41 per cent.
Punjab Board PSEB 12th Result 2019: Toppers’ list
- Rank 1: Sarvjot Singh Bansal from Ludhiana, Aman from Muktsar, and Muskaan Soni from Nakodar have jointly secured first position with 98.89 percent marks.
- Rank 2: Loveleen Verma from Ludhiana stood second with 444 marks out of 450, that is, 98.67 per cent.
- Rank 3: Nazia Kamboj from Fazilka and Muskan from Ludhiana; both scored 443 out of 450 and a 98.44 per cent score.

Supplementary exam
The PSEB will give unsuccessful candidates a second chance to pass the examination. These candidates can sit for the supplementary (compartmental) exam. The date supplementary (compartmental) test or exam will be announced by the PSEB after the result declaration.
Passing marks
In a bid to pass exam, candidates need at least 35 per cent marks in the subject. Candidates should note that, from 2018 onwards, the board has stopped giving grace marks to increase the pass percentage.
