Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani on Friday said Reliance has grown from small startup to the most admired company in the world.
Speaking at the 40th AGM, the RIL chairman, Mukesh Ambani, said the company’s revenue jumped 4700 times to over Rs 3,30,000 crore now from Rs 70 crore in 1977, while its net profit jumped 10,000 times from 3 crore to Rs 30,000 crore during the 40 year period.

“Nobody believed we would acquire customers so fast but Jio team stunned by crossing 100 mn target.” Mukesh Ambani said.
Jio has 125 million customers today, added 7 customers per second every single day, Mukesh further said.
Shares of Reliance Industries were trading 3.16 per cent up at Rs 1,577 around 11.30 am.
