Lewiston: A video went viral on the internet in which a man can be seen beating a dog mercilessly. In the story of an Instagram account ”Spacebabii”, a question “Who want us to teach your dog”, can be seen in the next slide.
On Sunday, after the video was posted the police said they received multiple tips leading to charging the two.
Curtis Teague, 18 is one of the two persons identified by the police. According to the police neither of the two charged are owners. The dog was evaluated by local veterinarian.

Earlier, a hospital garbage bags containing 16 dead puppies and a dog with signs of severe torture were recovered near a medical college in Kolkata. A video later surfaced on social media where two women were seen beating the puppies near the hostel building of Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College & Hospital. The women who allegedly beat the dogs are currently out on bail.
