After announcing a tie up in Uttar Pradesh for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati and Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav have announced their pre-poll alliance in Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
