Ahead of Madhya Pradesh polls 2018, several political developments are taking place every day in the state. Both major contenders, Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) and Congress are facing intense resentments over ticket distribution and anti-incumbency is evident in the state. Amid this entire crisis, political shifts are totally increasing in the state.

Recently, member of district panchayat Shahdol and former district vice-president of Congress Sharad Kol joined BJP in presence of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and State President Rakesh Singh in Bhopal on Sunday.

After joining BJP, Sharad Kol stated that “I am very much impressed with BJP’s development policy and several other schemes and following which, I have joined BJP.”

Neha Bagga, who was earlier, associated with Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) also joined BJP, which is a big blow to debutant AAP in Madhya Pradesh, sources claimed.

Speaking on the lines of joining of these two leaders, BJP leaders stated that joining of the two leaders would provide new energy to the party and enhance its poll prospects.
