Beni Prasad Verma passed away on March 27, due to a prolonged illness.

Months after Samajwadi Party’s veteran leader and former Cabinet Minister Beni Prasad Verma’s demise, son passed away due to coronavirus. The deceased Dinesh Verma was the elder son of Beni Prasad and he passed away on Tuesday in Delhi’s Escort Hospital.

Dinesh Verma was being treated in Escort Hospital from past few days.

Due to the demise of Veteran leader’s son there are tension going on in Samajwadi Party.

It is reportedly said that Dinesh Verma was also suffering from kidney disease and was admitted to KMU Hospital in Lucknow after he tested positive for coronavirus. He was discharged from Lucknow’s hospital and later re-checked and was admitted to Escort Hospital, Delhi as he tested positive again for coronavirus.

Beni Prasad Verma passed away on March 27, due to a prolonged illness.

Beni Prasad Verma, a founding member of the Samajwadi Party and former Union minister who was considered close to party patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav, died on Friday, 27 March. He was 79.

The Rajya Sabha MP was not well for past few days. He was admitted to a private hospital in Lucknow, where he died around 7:00 pm.

Beni Prasad Verma was amongst the country’s veteran leaders. He was a Rajya Sabha MP from Samajwadi Party. Beni Prasad Verma was the Union Steel Minister in the UPA 2 government. He was considered very close to SP founder Mulayam Singh.
