MTV European Music Awards 2023: The MTV European Music Awards, which will be held in Paris next month, have nominated BTS’ Jungkook for “Best Song,” but he will be up against some pretty tough opposition from Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, and Olivia Rodrigo.

The song up for the award is “Seven,” by Junkook, but it has to compete with Taylor Swift, the reigning MTV award victor, whose song “Anti-Hero” is already a strong favourite. Along with FIFTY FIFTY, NewJeans, SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER, Jungkook is nominated in the “Biggest Fans” and “Best K-Pop” categories.

Together with TOMORROW X TOGETHER, Jungkook leads the K-Pop nominations this year with three nominations. BLACKPINK is noticeably absent from the EMAs this year with just one nomination, for “Best Fans,” making up the entirety of TXT’s nominations for “Best Push” and “Best Group.”
