National Silence the Shame Day 2023: Since 2017, National Silence the Shame Day has been observed annually on May 5. The Hip-Hop Foundation, led by former music executive Shanti Das, founded ‘Silence the Shame,’ a non-profit organisation dedicated to mental health education and awareness. Thus, National Silence the Shame Day was born.
