Razer Blade 2024 revealed at CES 2024 with impressive displays

The Blade 2024 lineup includes 14, 16 and 18-inch models. The brand teased some key details of the latest models last week.

The Blade 2024 series laptops were unveiled at the ongoing Consumer Electronics Show 2024 in Las Vegas as expected. The Blade 2024 lineup includes 14, 16 and 18-inch models. The brand teased some key details of the latest models last week. Read on to learn more about the Blade 2024 laptops, which are touted to be the first laptops with a display in the world.

Razer Blade 2024 series specifications

It is the first laptop in the world to have a 16-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels, a refresh rate of 240Hz and a response time of 0.2ms beginning with the Razer Blade 16. VESA certified Clear MR 11000 laptop for motion blur. Blade 16 is also available in dual-mode mini-LED options. The OLED panel is said to have been developed in collaboration with Samsung. In addition to the RGB keyboard and quad speakers, the laptop features an anodized aluminum chassis with a backlit Razer logo.

The Razer Blade 16 comes with up to 14th generation Intel Core i9-14900HX processors under its hood. As well as 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD storage, the computer is equipped with Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 GPU, capable of drawing up to 175W of power. In addition, it features the brand’s patented heat dissipation technology utilizing vapor chambers.

The Razer Blade 16 is currently available for pre-order on the brand’s website for $2,999.99.

About the Razer Blade 14, it is a portable gaming device aimed at gamers on the go. This model offers incremental improvements over last year’s model. It features a 14-inch display with QHD+ resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate. Internally, it is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS processor with AI features. It has an RTX 4070 GPU with 140W TGP. Battery life for the Blade 14 is claimed to be approximately 10.5 hours.

Razer has just provided a glimpse at the Blade 18. The brand has not revealed much information, however it is positioned to redefine the large-format gaming laptop category. Razer previously teased the Blade 18, which is the world’s first 18-inch laptop with 4K 165Hz display. The ThunderBolt 5 port will provide 240W charging, 120Gbps data transfer, and a video refresh rate of 540Hz.

We will announce the rest of the details about the Blade 14 and Blade 18 closer to their launch later this year.
