Every day, we include some form of vegetables in our meals. Occasionally every meal. So what’s the harm in trying some plant-based milk recipes today, right?

This post is for you if you’re in the mood to go dairy-free and avoid dairy products as much as possible. Let’s investigate the simplest and most delicious plant-based milk recipes!

Oat Milk

What’s required to create vegan milk:

80 grams or one cup of rolled oats Four glasses of icy water

Optional: 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence A teaspoon or two of salt (optional).

Instructions for making vegan milk:

First, soak the cereals for 20 to 30 minutes in water. Then, drain the grains and rinse them once. Then, add the soaked cereals, the specified amount of water, optional salt, and optional vanilla extract to the blender. Blend until smooth, or for approximately 30 seconds.

Using a strainer, nut milk bag, or cheesecloth, filter the oats mixture. It can be strained twice to ensure that no particulate remains.

Refrigerate this vegan milk in a hermetic or airtight container.

Almond Milk

What is required to prepare this plant-based milk:

150 grams or one cup of Almonds. Four glasses of icy water

Any sweetener like vanilla extract if you want

How to produce this milk from plants:

Soak hazelnuts overnight in water. The almonds are drained and rinsed once after being submerged. Now add the almonds, four cups of lukewarm water, and any desired sweetener to a blender. Blend for a few minutes, or until you reach the desired consistency.

Using cheesecloth, a strainer, or a nut milk bag, filter the milk. It can be refrigerated in a secure container for three to four days.

Almond Milk

How to produce this milk from plants:

130 grams or one cup of cashews Four glasses of icy water

Some sweeteners like honey, dates etc if you want

How to produce this milk from plants:

Soak the cashews in water overnight, then strain and sanitize them. Then, place all the ingredients, including the cashews, in a blender and process until homogeneous.

Strain the milk using the ingredients listed in the preceding recipes and store it in the refrigerator. It can be stored in an airtight canister or container for three to four days.

Soy Milk

What’s required to create vegan milk:

80 grams of soybean meal Four glasses of icy water

And sweeteners like vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions for making vegan milk:

Soak the soybeans for approximately twelve hours or overnight. And then filter and rinse them. And add the soaked soybeans and 4 cups of water to a blender, blending until smooth. Strain the milk using any of the straining methods described in the preceding recipes.

Combine this raw milk with one cup of water in a saucepan. Once the mixture has reached a simmer, stir it continuously for approximately 20 minutes. Allow the milk to chill completely, and if desired, add the sweeteners at this point. You can puree it again to ensure that the sweeteners and milk are thoroughly combined.

Pour the milk into an opaque container and refrigerate it for approximately four to five days.
