Savdhaan India presenter/narrator account on Twitter has been withheld due to legal reasons by Twitter India. If someone now clicks on his Twitter profile, a message by the team reads, “@sushant_says’ account has been withheld in India in response to a legal demand.”
Along with Sushant, accounts of many journalists, activists have also been withheld along with the news website ‘The Carvan’. Prasar Bharati CEO Shashi Shekhar’s account has also been withheld.
Tehseen Poonawalla questioned the Twitter policies and described Sushant as a strong voice against the atrocities of the present government. She said Sushant was leading the fight against abusive, Twitter handles that spew hate & threaten women.
