MG Motor India is going to launch the 2021 MG Hector SUV in India tomorrow. MG Hector Facelift will be customized with many major changes before hitting the roads in India. Customers would witness bold and aggressive designs in the new hector and many major changes in its interior. MG Hector has given chrome tips to their signature MG Grill, which gives a sharp appearance to this powerful SUV. LED package and floating LED swipe indicators are giving this SUV a new look.
Talking about the other exterior features of the 2021 MG Hector, dark skid plates are given as compared to the old model. In addition, customers in the SUV will get 18-inch alloy wheels in place of 17-inch alloy wheels.
It is expected that the new Hector Facelift can be launched in the market with a dual-tone color scheme in the interior. MG is currently offering these interiors only with MG Hector Plus. Talking about other interior features, MG Hector 4-way electronic front passenger seat, electric tailgate feature, adjustable steering, and 6-way electronic driver seat will continue to be in support.
MG Hector Facelift: Features
The new MG Hector will be marketed with a 1.5-litre petrol engine, a 1.5-litre cooled hybrid and a 2.0-litre diesel engine option. Hector will come up with a new tail-lamp joining section and a refresh rear profile with a new ‘Hector’ logo.
The side profile of the SUV is expected to be similar to the previous model. On the inside, the 2021 mg Hector will be rolled out with an updated version of iSMART, and the 10.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system which is the same as Hector’s previous model.
The current hector can be purchased in India in the range of Rs 12.84 lakh to Rs 18.09 lakh (ex-showroom). It is expected that the new hector in India can be launched at a slightly higher price.
