JEE Advanced 2025: Students from all over India are now preparing for the JEE Advanced 2025 exam, which is going to be held on Sunday, May 18. This year, IIT Kanpur is organizing the test. The exam will happen in two parts one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Every student must take both Paper 1 and Paper 2.
These papers will include questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. These three subjects are the base of the JEE exam. If a student misses even one paper, their exam will not be counted and they won’t get any rank in the final list.

Reach Early and Follow Instructions
Students have been clearly told to reach their exam centres at least an hour before the exam starts. This extra time will help finish all entry checks without rushing. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the centre, even if they have a valid reason. That’s why students should leave early from their homes to avoid traffic or any delays.
Authorities have also shared a full list of dos and don’ts that students must read carefully. These rules explain what they should carry, what is not allowed, and how they should behave inside the exam hall. Following all these rules will help students stay relaxed and avoid problems during the test.

Mandatory Documents to Carry on Exam Day
If you forget any important document, you won’t be allowed to take the exam, even if you’ve studied hard.
- Admit Card: Take a clear printout of your JEE Advanced 2025 admit card from the official site. They won’t accept digital or phone versions at the exam centre.

- Full-sleeve clothes, layered outfits, hoodies, or kurtas.
- Clothes with metal buttons, zippers, or embroidery.
- Closed shoes or sneakers.
- Watches, caps, goggles, or any accessory.
- Jewellery: Avoid wearing rings, chains, bracelets, bangles, or earrings.
