In one of the cases surrounding the coal scam, a Delhi court has sentenced Ex Coal Minister, HC Gupta to an imprisonment of three years.
Besides the Ex-Minister, the court has also sentenced KC Samaria who was the ex-director in the ministry of coal and KS Kropha for an imprisonment of the same term.
