In an appalling incident, a woman has been booked for being the reason for his daughter’s suicide on the basis of a complaint filed by her 17-year-old younger daughter.
According to the details in the complaint, the girl’s mother was allegedly in an extra-marital relationship with a man for over a period of one year after she got separated from their father.
According to the girls’ complaint, her mother identified as Anitha was having an affair with a man identified as Peram Naveen Kumar. The girl claimed that he often used to visit their house.
In order to continue with their affair, the mother married her older daughter to her lover. The younger daughter has claimed that frustrated by the circumstances, the older daughter ended her life by hanging herself.
The deceased woman was a student at a college located in Hyderabad. The complainant told the police that her now-deceased sister had threatened to leave her husband’s house in December last year when she came to know about her husband’s affair with her mother even after their marriage.
The mother also gave threats to her daughter that she would kill herself if she parted ways with her husband.
As per a media report, a case has been registered with the Meerpet police and an investigation has been launched into the matter.
The accused woman has been booked under Sections 306 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC)
