Jharkhand Office Staff Dress Code: In a first, the Jharkhand BJP will shortly implement uniforms for party office employees. The males will be wearing blue safari suits, while the women will don blue sarees. They will begin welcoming visitors to the BJP office with “Namaste.”
Jharkhand, according to state BJP leaders, will be the first state to implement attire for its employees. They stated that the uniform will likely be introduced on September 17, the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The decision was made after the central leadership instructed the state units to select a uniform for its employees so that they can appear respectable and leave a favourable impression on those who visit BJP offices. They did not, however, suggest any colour for uniforms.

“BJP employees will now be seen wearing blue safari suits with saffron-colored lining on their collars and pockets. They will also be required to wear a neckband with their admit card attached, according to a BJP office official.
The office bearer added that female personnel will wear sarees of matching hue. Each employee will receive a pair of uniforms in order to maintain its cleanliness. “BJP will be embossed in saffron-colored English letters on the shirt pocket,” said a BJP official. All 25 employees at the BJP office in Ranchi have already received their uniforms, which are expected to be introduced on September 17, according to the officer.
Once the uniform is implemented, BJP employees will be prohibited from wearing T-shirts, trousers, and other casual attire to the office. All the employees have been instructed to appear fit and decent. State BJP spokesman Pradeep Sinha also stated that Jharkhand party office employees will now be required to wear uniforms in an effort to promote uniformity. Sinha stated that they have also been instructed to interact positively with anyone who approaches the BJP office.
