New Delhi: National Democratic Alliance (NDA) leaders are meeting in Delhi today and Rashtriya Lok Samata Party Chief Upendra Kushwaha who is disappointed over the seat-sharing formula of BJP in Bihar, in all likelihood is going to miss it.
Kushwaha has called for a press conference at 2 pm at 78, Lodhi Estate and he is expected to make the final announcement over the much awaited ‘quitting NDA.

Kushwaha arrived in Delhi on Sunday from Patna. Before leaving he was questioned over the same issue of leaving NDA at the Patna airport by reporters and he told them to wait and watch.
However, RLSP President has earlier said that he will attend the NDA meeting happening on December 10 in Delhi. He is believed to receive the formal invitation from a cabinet minister.
On the other hand, Janata Dal-United is also given a miss to this NDA meeting, party leaders are in Patna and as per reports JDU has distanced itself from this crucial meeting happening in Delhi.
Post Patna University Students’ Union Election result, BJP and JDU leaders are targetting each other and as per source close to JDU, relations between the two parties are not on good terms currently.
At the same time, Grand Alliance leaders are scheduled to meet today and it is scheduled at 3:30 pm on Monday, after Kushwaha press conference. Rahul Gandhi, Sharad Yadav, Tejasvi Yadav, and Jitan Ram Manjhi will attend the press conference and some major announcement over the next course of action alliance parties are expected from this meeting.
A source close to the Grand Alliance told Newsd that Kushwaha formal joining will be announced from this press briefing. He said, “Rahul Gandhi will make the formal announcement of Kushwaha joining the alliance.”
