From few days there has been a lot said about the wedding of Priyanka Chopra’s brother Siddharth Chopra who was set to marry Ishita Kumar by the end of April. There were numerous reports that stated different reasons for the marriage being postponed.
But now, an official confirmation by Priyanka Chopra’s mother Madhu has put all the speculations to rest. Yes, You read it right! Mom Madhu Chopra has confirmed to a news portal that the wedding has been called off.
They (Siddharth and Ishita) have mutually called it off,” she said. However, upon asking the reason for the wedding being called off, she remained to stay silent.
Earlier, it was reported that the wedding has been postponed as the bride to have to undergo emergency surgery before the ceremony.
Ishita also took to Instagram to post a picture from the hospital a week ago.
But things tend to spice up when Ishita posted another picture from a resto-bar few days ago with a caption “Cheers to new beginnings. With a goodbye kiss to beautiful endings.”
Also, her mother commented on the post with a cheerful message.
Another thing that grabbed eyeball was that pictures from their Roka ceremony are missing from Ishita’s Instagram handle. Priyanka Chopra has also unfollowed Ishita on Instagram.
