On Tuesday, July 2, Total Solar Eclipse or Surya Grahan 2019 will be observed. The solar eclipse is likely to last for four minutes and 33 seconds. This is the only solar eclipse which will be taking place during this year.

The solar eclipse falling on July 2 is likely to last longer than two minutes and 40 seconds which happened in August 2017. As per a report, the solar eclipse will be going through 6,000-mile paths which are however only a narrow zone of the Pacific Ocean and South America comes in the path of the totality.

NASA

The total eclipse on July 2 will be observed and for that NASA will share live images, videos and updates before, during or after the eclipse sourced from the satellites, special telescopes, high altitude balloons, and research aircraft.

European Southern Observatory

ESO or European Southern Observatory will share a raw feed of the total solar eclipse from the Atacama Desert in Chile.

Time and Date

Time and Date will live stream the eclipse from South America.

Exploratorium

Since the last two decades, Exploratorium has been sharing live images of the eclipses. For the July 2 eclipse, the website will broadcast raw the feed from National Science Foundation’s Cerro Tololo Observatory in Chile. It will be available in both English and Spanish on their website as well as their Android and iOS apps.

Slooh

Slooh is a robotic telescope streaming service in association with observatories around the world will live stream the event.
