Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) politician and Bihar environment minister Tej Pratap Yadav rode a bicycle to the state secretariat, citing inspiration from the late Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav, whom he “saw in a dream.”
“I dreamt of going to Vrindavan&saw Netaji (Mulayam Singh Yadav). I then went to Saifai. I told him I wanted to see him&his village. We rode bicycles…I decided to go to Secretariat on a bicycle, save environment & spread Netaji’s message..,” said Minister Tej Pratap Yadav.

Tej Pratap, the mercurial son of RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav, stated that he will endeavour to follow in Mulayam Singh Yadav’s footsteps throughout his life.
Bihar’s environment minister stated that he encountered the late Mulayam Singh Yadav in a dream while travelling to Vrindavan.
