In Jharkhand, the BJP is in alliance with the All Jharkhand Student’s Union (AJSU) and will contest 13 seats, leaving behind one seat for the regional party. The Congress got seven seats under Mahagathbandhan, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) four, Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prajatantrik) two and Rashtriya Janata Dal one.
The voting for Jharkhand’s 14 parliamentary seats took place across the four phases (phase IV, phase V, phase VI, phase VII) of the 2019 General elections on April 29, May 6, May 12 and May 19 respectively.
