Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar was criticized by BJP member of parliament Manoj Tiwari for his remarks on population control. The Delhi-based BJP representative claimed that Nitish Kumar views explicit films at night.

Tuesday, while discussing the significance of women’s education in population control in Bihar, the chief minister of Bihar elaborated on the means by which a woman may restrain her spouse during sexual activity.
