Former Delhi minister Kapil Mishra was mistreated in Delhi Legislative Assembly, on Wednesday. Mishra was allegedly interrupting the assembly proceedings regardless of the frequent warnings by the speaker.
“I had written a letter to speaker, I had sought time to speak in Delhi Assembly, I was demanding a special Assembly session in Ram Lila Maidan,” Mishra said.
“This is first time that a MLA has been beaten in Assembly by fellow MLAs,” he added.
