Ragi Dosa or Ragi Dosai:

Dosa is usually made with rice or lentil batter, this recipe makes use of Ragi that is rich in fiber. Fiber helps promote the feeling of satiety since it takes time to digest. If you feel full, you would naturally binge less. You can enjoy this healthy South-Indian treat with piping hot sambhar or yummy coconut chutney.

Dhokla:

This Gujarati dish is simple to make. Dhoklas are steamed, and hence, they make up for a perfect low-calorie snack that you can add to your weight-loss diet. This light and filling treat needs no elaborate cooking too, they can be easily made in a microwave with a handful of ingredients like besan, suji, green chili, curd, and curry leaves.

Moong Dal Chila:

Moong dal is packed with good quality proteins. Protein helps increase the levels of appetite-reducing hormones like GLP-1, PYY, and CCK. It also simultaneously reduces levels of the hunger hormone ghrelin, making you crave less, therefore aiding weight loss.

Idli:

Idlis are made with a fermented batter of rice or urad dal. Fermented foods enable a better breakdown of minerals and vitamins in our body, which further helps indigestion. Bad digestion can lead to weight gain, as the body is not able to absorb and assimilate the nutrients properly.

Cucumber Raita:

About 95 percent of cucumber is just water. The veggie is full of nutrients and fibre. This yogurt-based dish is good for gut and digestion. Healthy digestion is an important component of a weight-loss regimen. Hundred grams of yogurt has only 60 calories. This special raita also packs the goodness of cucumber.
