According to the veteran actor, “Based on what I’ve heard, it’s a sure thing,” referring to reports of Anirudh’s marriage with Kavya Maran. He also praised the pair, saying they would make a wonderful couple, while joking that they could build a successful “musical business” together.
During an interview with Kutty Padmini on KPTV, Mahendran described Anirudh as a “very soft and grounded boy”, and he also congratulated him in advance.
Mahendran said, “I would like to take this moment to congratulate him. He is getting into a very big wedding.”
He also clarified the rumours and noted, “Based on what I’ve been told, it’s a sure thing. They are getting married.”
Although Mahendran’s remarks have drawn widespread attention, neither Anirudh Ravichander nor Kavya Maran has issued an official statement confirming any wedding plans.
