JEE Apex Board Reconstitution: For admission to UG engineering programmes in ITs, NITS, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), the Ministry of Education has published a notification regarding the reconstitution of the Board structure and administrative framework of the Joint Entrance Examination Apex Board (JAB for Joint Entrance Examination JEE).

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be in charge of all information pertaining to technology (software) support, as stated in the notification. The agency may ask C-DAC for assistance as needed for back-end tasks like pre- and post-examination work, including the online submission of application forms.

Following the expiration of the previous JAB’s term of office, the responsible authorities made the decision to reconstruct the JEE Apex Board (JAB) in order to assure the smooth administration of the JEE (Main) and JEE (Advanced) Entrance Examinations for the years 2024 and 2025.
