In a shocking incident, a 13-year-old girl was raped by her 28-year-old uncle following which the minor victim got pregnant. After acknowledging the matter, Mahapanchayat was organised in Chaibasa village of Jharkhand in which the accused was levied Rs 5 lakh fine. However, what came as a shock to everybody was that the Mahapanchayat on Tuesday evening, ordered to burn alive the accused rapist as well as the victim.

According to the villagers, accused Robin aka Mansingh Kunkal used to work at his elder brother’s place. Robin stayed in the victim’s home for nearly two years. In the meantime, Robin used to threaten and rape the 13-year-old niece who was studying in the sixth grade.
