A video has been doing rounds on social media in which a cop in Raipur is thrashing a man who is on his scooty. To which the, CM Bhupesh Baghel said that this kind of incident is inhuman and not acceptable.
In the video, the police inspector Nitin Upadhyay is seen beating a man, this video was shot on Sunday and it went viral by the evening. The Inspector Nitin in the video is in the casual outfit wearing black shirt and is thrashing a man in the video.
As the video went viral many Twitterati tagged Chhattisgarh police and CM Bhupesh Baghel in the video and asked for quick action for such unacceptable thing.

CM Bhupesh Baghel gave quick response to it and said ” This is inhuman and not acceptable.”

The SSP Arif Sheikh of Raipur said that “Taking cognizance of that, departmental enquiry has been initiated against the concerned STI. At the same time, the Superintendent of Police (Gramin) has been entrusted with the investigation of the incident separately.
