Watch: Nightclub in Thailand plays Indian National Anthem as a tribute to Pulwama martyrs

In a small gesture to pay tribute to the CRPF soldiers and the Indian Air Force pilots who lost their lives in the Pulwama terror attack, a nightclub in Thailand played Indian National Anthem. The video of the moment as gone viral on the social media winning millions of hearts.

Nashaa, the most famous Indian nightclub in Thailand paid respect to not only the martyrs but Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman who was held captive by Pakistan Army during the cross border airstrikes last week.

The video proves that not only Indians, but the whole world is gathered to pay their respect in an emotional moment.

The authenticity of the video is not known, but if true, it is a nice gesture done by people of Thailand.

Jammu Kashmir’s Pulwama district was attacked on February 14. A convoy of vehicles carrying security personnel on the Jammu Srinagar National Highway was attacked suicide bomber which claimed over 40 CRPF lives.

The incident was followed up with an air strike on February 26, conducted by Indian Air Force on terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed at Balakot across LoC.

The very next day on February 27, there was a counter fight between India and Pakistan where Indian Air Force Pilot Abhinandan Varthaman’s plane crashed in Pakistan and he was held captive there.

On February 28, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan announced to release Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman as a “gesture of peace” following which, Abhinandan was released and returned from Pakistan on March 1.
